# Storm Tamer

This is "Storm Tamer", the submission of Eduardo Salinas (eduardorpg64 on itch.io) and Carlos Gaze (rayo_laser on itch.io, rayo_laser - itch.io) from Brackey's September 2024 Game Jam. It's a game made in Godot. The theme for the Jam is "Calm before the Storm." 

### How to Play:

A storm will show up after 10 seconds.

Touch the red dot in the left side of the level to win the game.

To prevent the storm, pick up the yellow power up in the right side of the level. It will delay the storm for a few extra seconds. If the storm shows up, the yellow power up won't do anything.

Jump on top of the enemy to reach the power up, but be careful, since, if the enemy hurts you, you lose 5 seconds in your timer per hit.

There's no way to lose the game, except by falling to the bottomless pit on the right side of the screen.

#### Controls:

Left and Right Arrow keys: move the player.

Space bar: Jump.
